Terms of Service

General Terms

Turnaround time is usually 1-3 weeks. Not taking into account any sudden life issues (Health, School, Other work, Etc). May take longer depending on these factors
Any Time-Specific pieces will have an added fee, please ask me beforehand so we can discuss the price!
Depending on the piece, you get the full-resolution un-watermarked version of your piece. A watermarked version will be posted onto social media in the future. DO NOT post your piece without the watermark anywhere. You may ask for a watermarked version upon delivery.

Changes are free until the piece is Lined and/or Colored. Any changes afterwards are charged extra depending on complexity.
A fee will be added if any changes are needed in the final piece unless it was something I missed on my part

I, Cake,

You, the commissioner,

May upload the watermarked piece online
May NOT make profits off of the piece (prints, stickers, etc) unless it was discussed beforehand
May NOT claim the artwork as your own
May NOT alter the art without my consent

If I or You cancel the commission before I start it, you get a full refund
After the piece has been lined and/or colored I will not give you a refund
If I am unable to finish your commission for whatever reason you will get a full refund
If you're getting a refund do not request a Paypal Chargeback I will transfer you the money myself
If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
